Dolmades - Spiced Cabbage wraps GF
Brown rice with an array of spices, oyster mushroom, red pepper and herbs, wrapped in organic cabbage leaves and slow cooked. One of my all time favourites, I call it the sushi of the Mediterranean. I grew up seeing my grandmother and mother making them and when I moved to London and missed them, I started making them myself. A heritage Greek recipe, with influences from my time in Lebanon.
