A favourite dessert of mine that is comforting and guilt free which I always aim for when I prepare food. The tapioca pears are cooked with the coconut cream, a tiny bit of our organic sucanat (whole sugarcane sugar) and topped up with Mango Purée and black sesame.

It is made fresh for your Wednesday delivery and it is packed in a 330ml jar. It is a very good amount for one person, I often can only eat half, keep it in the fridge and go back for it the day after. It keeps well for 5 days. In fact the longer it sits the better it gets.
