These can be eaten either hot or cold

Lentils with a difference

The noticeable herbiness and the cider vinegar sharpness
make this a delicious, almost fruity, little pot.
Every ingredient is distinguishable, and the sliced carrots are tender.
I'll certainly buy more of these.
