- Which main dish will I receive
Our 6 dishes come on rotation. One each week. You can see the order here
You will receive a thermos that contains 3 portions. You can order as many thermoses as you like. Some of our dishes come with extra toppings, these will be delivered in a small glass jar for you to add when you serve.
- Do you have extras?
We offer a variety of organic, heritage grain sourdough and rye bread baked daily by E5 Bakehouse. We also offer a variety of gut-loving wholesome delicacies which you can find here and brew our own Green Tea Kombucha.
- What days do you deliver?
We Currently deliver on Wednesdays and Thursdays, we will be in touch directly to arrange the best slot according to your location and our routes. Your food will always come on the same day and roughly at the same time. We may occasionally shift route days and times around, but will always be in contact to make sure this works for you beforehand.
- What times do you deliver?
We currently offer 3 slots, Morning (to be delivered by 12:30 ready for your lunch) Daytime (from 13:30 to 16:30) and in the Evening between 17:00 and 19:00. You can choose the slot that works best for you at checkout, and can change this when you like by getting in touch directly.
- Where do you deliver?
We can deliver to houses or workspaces in the following postcodes: N1, N4, N5, N7, N16, E8, E1, E2, E3, E9, E5, E10, E13 and we are looking to expand our range as soon as possible.
- How is payment arranged?
Our web platform is based on Shopify who handle all payments securely. Your card will be charged once a week for the total of your upcoming order.
- Can I edit my usual order?
Yes of course! You will have a secure account on our site where you can make adjustments to quantities or swap items out. Just login here to make changes
- What is the arrangement with the reusable containers?
All of our products will be delivered to you in our reusable containers. We ask you to empty, clean and place them in the tote bag we provide, ready for our delivery riders to collect when they drop off your next week’s order. You can find more details about the containers here
- What if I don’t return the containers?
We will give you 3 weeks grace to return your containers. On the first week you will get a reminder, on the second a warning and if you have not returned your containers after 3 weeks we will place a non-refundable charge for the cost of each container on your account for the following week. The costs can be found at the link above.
All containers have a small tag or sticker with our logo and a QR code that enables us to track them and so that you know which ones are ours!
- How do I cancel my subscription?
If you have decided to cancel your subscription. You may cancel at any time through your account, or by writing to us. You will not receive any further food or be charged, but we do ask that you return any containers that you have outstanding. We’ll just pick them up on our next delivery round.
