Each Wednesday early morning we cook a different stew inspired by heritage recipes from around the world. The dishes are pulse-based with various types of Beans, Lentils or Chickpeas, combined with seasonal vegetables, medicinal herbs and spices and our Greek, Organic, Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Each flask fits 1050g equivalent to 3 main portions. If combined with rice and/or salad it can feed more.
We chill the food to 0 degrees to avoid spoilage in transit. We pack it into the flasks and it arrives to you ready to reheat it or to freeze it or store it in the fridge for at last 5 days.
What you will NOT find in the food in the flasks, is gluten, artificial ingredients, highly processed ingredients, additives or chemicals.
