Dry Spice Mix that will enhance the flavour of your Greek salads made in the UK or any other salad that needs some love. It contains the following:
Dried Garlic flakes, onion flakes, pink pepper, dehydrated carrot, tomato, wild oregano, basil, peppermint, sumac.
How to use:
Cut your veggies and in a small jar or small bowl, put a soup spoon of the spice mix for every 3-4 portions of vegetables. Add your desired amount of sea salt, a squeeze of a lemon or a dash of vinegar and a shot of olive oil. Blend the spice mix with the liquids, pour it over the vegetables and mix well.
