At Gaia Pulses we are passionate about plant-based wholefoods.

Our hummus is the real deal, made from scratch with organic Chickpeas, Tahini and Extra virgin olive oil and no nasty preservatives like the ones off the shelf.

We are really proud of our kimchi which is packed with good live bacteria that our gut craves for. It compliments our rich in fibre dishes aiding the body to digest them while keeping all the nutrients in. And the two, live bacteria and fibre combined, contribute to a healthy and happy life which we want you to have because this is how we make change.

Our organic brown rice cooked with garlic and wild thyme is so tasty and goes really well with all the stews. Definitely a good alternative for people who want to avoid gluten.

The organic brown Basmati is Indian spiced (lightly) to complement beans, lentils and our West Indian inspired curries.

The Cauliflower rice is slow cooked and turns out sweet and hearty. It is topped with coconut and pistachios.

The Spanakopita is filled with Spinach, Leeks & Herbs and we proudly make our own filo using organic flour.
