Greek Butter Bean Stew (September 1st)

A beautifully made, classic Greek 'Fasolada' with small and sweet, top quality Canellini Butter Beans from 'Prespes' and the unique aroma of the rare, UK grown organic Lovage. Tomato, Carrot and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. High on Protein, Folates, B Vitamins and Fibre.

Lemony Lentil & Caramelised Onion (September 8th)

The 'Golden Lentil' is inspired by 'Fava,' a traditional dish from Santorini, Greece - Yellow Lentil, Lemon, Turmeric and Extra Virgin Olive Oil topped with lightly caramelised, Rosemary Red Onion. This dish is rich in minerals from the volcanic soil of Santorini, Iron, Magnesium, Vitamin C, Protein and Fibre.

Smoky Giant Beans (September 15th)

Inspired by 'Gigantes,' a renowned dish from the North of Greece. Gigantes is made with the large Butter Beans that grow in the area - smoked Red Pepper, Sun-dried Tomato, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic and an array of Mediterranean Spices. High on Protein, Folate, B Vitamins and Fibre.

White Lemon Butter Beans (September 22nd)

Ancient Greek recipe that my grandfather taught me. He called it Fasolia Salata and it depicts the sheer beauty of simplicity. Beans, Olive Oil, Oregano and Lemon are so wisely combined, to create perfect harmony in a dish that has it all. With this dish you will receive a jar of freshly pickled sumac red onion, to use as a topping.

Green Chickpea Stew (September 29th)

This is a combination of two great traditional dishes. The original Revithada from Sifnos and the Magiritsa which is with meat but here of course vegan and with chickpeas. An array of seasonal greens like Spinach, Kale, Chard, combined with Cumin, Rosemary and other Herbs. There is a zingy finish to this super nutritious alkaline dish, and we are sending you a tub of Organic Brown Rice to enjoy it with.

Sprouted Lentil & Quinoa Stew (October 6th)

Inspired by 'Fakehs', a typical Greek Lentil stew. The Gaia version is enriched with sprouted Red Quinoa for added protein - Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spring onion, Wild Thyme, Oregano, Turmeric and Dill. This dish is full of Iron, Magnesium, Vitamin C, Protein, Fibre and Antioxidants.
